Dance Party Fitness (Basic Class)

Come and enjoy a fun filled 30 minutes of high energy cardio dance moves.

Tuesdays and Thursdays 12:15 -12:45 pm


Lunchtime Pilates (Basic Class)

Get lean, tone, and flexible with our 30-minute lunch power class.

Tuesdays and Thursdays

Yoga (Basic Class)

Enjoy Yoga with us.

Mondays 5:00pm-6:00pm with Karen

Wednesdays 6:00pm-7:00pm with Sharon

Fridays 6:45pm-7:45pm with April


 

Aerial Yoga (Specialty Class)

Learn to fly with us in aerial yoga.  We use the aerial hammock as a prop to assist your body in some amazing stretches and strengthening exercises.

Mondays

12:15pm-1:00pm

Thursdays

6:45pm-7:30pm


Group Fitness Class Pricing

1 hour basic class $7.00 

*Dance Party and Pilates are taught back to back and considered a 1 hour class

10-basic class pass $60.00

45 minute aerial yoga class or Pilates reformer Training $15 per person
