Aerial Yoga  (Specialty Class)

Learn to fly with us in aerial yoga.  We use the aerial hammock as a prop to assist your body in some amazing stretches and strengthening exercises.

Group Fitness Class Pricing

1 hour basic class $7.00 

*Dance Party and Pilates are taught back to back and considered a 1 hour class

10-basic class pass $60.00

45 minute aerial yoga class $15 per person


 

Small Group Training

Small Group Reformer Training

Train with us on our Pilates reformers.  Strengthen and stretch your body  at the same time.  We have 3 reformers so you can create your own small group training session with a couple of your friends in a non-intimidating setting. 

8-30 minute sessions is $100 ($12.50 per session)

8-1 hour sessions is $200 ($25 per session)

1-on-1 reformer training

4-30 minute sessions is $100  ($25 per session)

4-1 hour sessions is $200 ($50 per session)
